Asit Goel

Asit Goel is the leader of our Americas Strategy practice. He is also a member of our Technology and Private Equity practices and is one of our top experts on cloud, edge and enterprise technology.

He holds more than 28 years of industry and consulting experience across China, India, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK and the USA. 

During his tenure with us, Asit has helped several firms develop their growth and turnaround strategies, as well as design and implement the capabilities and operating models necessary to achieving them. He has worked closely with large enterprise technology firms, data center and networking infrastructure OEMs, cloud service providers and private equity firms on a wide range of topics, including growth strategy, M&A, multi-year transformations, and product to services and solutions transitions.

He previously served as SVP and GM of Secure Monitoring & Control and Internet of Things at NXP Semiconductors. He has also held various operational roles and board positions in the technology industry.

His experience in private equity, combined with his past experience across the technology industry, bring an owner and operator mindset to his strategy consulting work.  

Asit holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University.
