I knew that Bain was right for me because of the culture. From speaking to people before applying and throughout the application process, it was clear that Bainees want you to succeed and be the best version of yourself.

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

One of the best things about this job is that our work clearly has an impact and is important to our clients. I had the opportunity to be a part of a pro-bono case focused on improving career outcomes for students at a large, public university system. The work was meaningful and energizing. Feeling that our work contributes towards our clients' success makes this job energizing.

I've had the opportunity to work on amazing projects in industries that interest me. Being able to work with staffing to find the cases that are most relevant to the experiences that I am looking for has been incredibly fortunate. This has allowed me to shape my time at Bain and gain experiences in an array of industries and capabilities that interest me.
