Share your journey to Bain.

I grew up in San Antonio, TX and attended UT Austin for undergrad where I studied biomedical engineering. During college, I had a mentor that introduced me to Bain which sparked my interest in consulting. That led me to attend Bain's TWLS program, followed by an ACI role in our Houston office. After graduation, I spent about 9 months working at a small medtech engineering firm then joined Bain full-time in our Austin office and have been here ever since.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

I knew Bain was the right company for me because of the people. From my earliest interactions during recruiting to the teammates I work with today, I continue to be impressed by how intelligent, driven, and supportive Bainies are. Being surrounded by colleagues who challenge me, inspire me, and make the work enjoyable has reinforced that Bain is the right place for me.

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

One of my favorite experiences at Bain was a pro bono case through Inspire supporting a local nonprofit arts and theater organization in my community. I loved working side by side with the board and leadership team to develop a five-year plan and help reinvigorate the organization’s mission. Because the work was so close to home, it felt especially meaningful to build something tangible and then see that impact reflected in the community.
