Every person I met at Bain throughout my recruiting process raved about the smart, talented and amazing people they get to work with every day. Also the emphasis that Bain puts on teaming and support was really important for me when I was looking to join a company full time.
What advice would you give a candidate who is interested in recruiting for consulting?
I would advise candidates to learn more about all consulting firms and think about what they want to optimize for in their career. I would encourage candidates to learn more about each company's culture and see which company aligns best with the candidate's values.
What should candidates know?
Candidates should know that our interviews are case-based and that we are trying to emulate what it would be like to be in a team room at Bain with our interviews. The more you invest in case prep, the more confident you will feel in your interviews.
