Share your journey to Bain.

I began my journey in Beirut, studying product design, which sparked my fascination with creativity, problem-solving and driving meaningful change. That curiosity led me to Madrid, where I pursued a master’s in product and strategic design and deepened my interest in shaping solutions at a bigger scale.

I had always imagined consulting as a natural fit for my personality, a place where curiosity, creativity, and solution-building could come together.

I then spent two and a half years as a strategic designer in a consulting firm, partnering with clients on complex challenges and seeing firsthand how design can shape business at scale. While it was a rewarding experience, I knew I was ready for a new challenge.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

I had always envisioned moving into the Big Three, drawn by the chance to be in a dynamic, global environment and work across different countries.

What stood out to me about Bain was the chance to work on real-world challenges that are constantly evolving, stay at the forefront of new technologies, and contribute to business strategy at the highest level. When I came across a LinkedIn post for a role that perfectly matched my expertise and background, it felt like the right opportunity at the right time.

The interview process also allowed me to meet incredible people whose passion and energy inspired me and confirmed that Bain was the place where I wanted to build my next chapter.

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

The opportunity to learn across industries, collaborate with passionate teams, and be part of decisions at the highest level keeps me motivated and energized for what’s ahead.

“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
