Biografie Chris

Chris Chan is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠. Chris works with clients to create end-to-end client capability building experiences, both designing and delivering content for client teams across diverse sectors. He has supported training initiatives across B2B sales, marketing, and people and culture functions to accelerate results and drive change.

Chris holds 10 years of strategy consulting experience and has supported full potential transformations - with a focus on operating model redesign and scale change management efforts that align strategy and organization to deliver enhanced performance. Chris also has extensive due diligence and strategic planning experience. He has led teams through deep customer and market research, advanced analytics, and financial modeling to assess market and competitive dynamics, overall investment attractiveness, and value creation priorities.

Chris has been with Bain for over a decade and has worked in the Toronto, Oslo, and Seattle offices.

In addition to his client work, Chris is an active member of our Pride at Bain and Asian at Bain affinity groups. He also participates actively in our recruiting and global training efforts and has led various local programs in the Seattle office.

Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned multiple academic honors and distinctions, including election to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa.
