Chris Chan

Chris Chan is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠. He partners with clients to design and deliver end-to-end capability-building programs that drive results and accelerate change. His work spans B2B sales, marketing, and people and culture functions, supporting training initiatives across industries.

With over 10 years of strategy consulting experience, Chris has led full potential transformations, focusing on operating model redesign and large-scale change management. He also brings deep expertise in due diligence and strategic planning, having guided teams through customer and market research, advanced analytics, and financial modeling to assess investment attractiveness and define value creation priorities.

Chris has worked in our Toronto, Oslo, and Seattle offices. He is an active member of our Pride at Bain and Asians at Bain communities and contributes to global training, recruiting, and local office programs.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned multiple academic honors and distinctions, including election to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa.
