Dale Pedzinski

Dale Pedzinski is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) practice and a leader on our AIS engineering team, where he helps drive enterprise AI and digital transformation for clients in highly regulated industries.

He specializes in modernizing legacy ecosystems while maintaining security, reliability, and operational continuity. As the Americas Lead for our engineering team, he guides cross-functional teams to scale digital and AI platforms, strengthen organizational foundations, and translate advanced technologies into lasting competitive advantage. He has helped launch more than 30 products across cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, digital solutions, and machine learning–driven applications.

Prior to joining Bain, Dale founded and scaled a cloud-native program at AWS, achieving more than 10,000% growth and significantly expanding enterprise adoption. He also partnered with large organizations to build scalable cloud architectures and operating models that delivered enterprise-wide impact. Earlier in his career at a management consulting firm, he led cybersecurity, data modernization, and mission-critical technology initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and U.S. federal agencies.

Dale holds an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business and a Master of Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
