Jessica Schreiber Solera

Jessica Schreiber Solera is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, Technology and Customer practices and the office head for the Houston office.

She has more than fifteen years of consulting experience and is passionate about driving enduring results for our clients.

Jessica leads teams and counsels senior executives at global organizations on key strategic and commercial decisions. She has extensive experience working with clients to address changing market dynamics, meet customer needs, and extend competitive differentiation. She advises clients on topics including strategy, customer segmentation, omnichannel routes to market, and digital models.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Jessica leads our Houston office. She has previously served in numerous roles for talent management, professional development, and Social Impact.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a Bachelor's of Science in Economics and History, summa cum laude, from Duke University.

In her personal time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is active in the Houston community and serves on the Board of the Prelude Music Foundation.
