Joe Lischwe is a core member of the Financial Services, Customer Strategy and Diversity Equity and Inclusion practices.
Joe is a pragmatic, strategic leader with experience bringing a customer lens to strategy, transformation, growth, M&A and diversity, equity and inclusion.
In his work with Bain, Joe has advised clients across a range of industries particularly covering Financial Services in wealth & asset management, payments, banking and FinTechs. In his work supporting Bain's commitment to promote Racial and Social Equity, Joe has been a member of the leadership team leading OneTen that helped build the non-profit from an idea to a full fledged coalition of over 70+ blue-chip companies, including Bain, in tackling systemic issues facing Black Talent to achieve family-sustaining careers.
Prior to joining Bain, Joe worked in JPMorgan's Private Bank, where he also holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
