John is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Private Equity practices. He joined us in January 2022.
He works across the deal life cycle on digital and technology value creation opportunities. This typically entails supporting diligence teams pre-deal to assess the degree of risk and opportunity in the technology stack, as well as supporting portfolio companies post-deal to deliver digital transformations.
John first joined us in 2005 and worked on a range of digital and technology-related transformations in a range of industries, including mining, telecommunications, retail, private equity, and financial services.
In 2017 John left usand assumed the role of Chief Digital Officer for Thames Water, reporting to the CEO. He had accountability for IT, OT, and all digital transformation, resulting in a significant transformation of Thames Water's digital capability. In 2019, he took on additional executive accountability for asset management, engineering, strategy, and business planning.
Outside of work, John keeps himself busy cycling and spending time with his wife, three sons, and two cats.
