Juan Francisco (Paco) Jimenez is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Organization practices. He works extensively in the Consumer Products, Retail and Telecommunications industries.
He is a senior partner in Bain & Company’s Digital practice, with 20 years of experience advising CEOs and executive teams on large-scale business transformation. He specializes in helping organizations unlock growth, efficiency, and customer impact through digital strategy and enterprise agility.
Paco leads complex transformations that align technology, digital operating models, and talent to deliver measurable results. His experience includes digital architecture modernization, cost and efficiency programs, and embedding agile ways of working across global organizations.
Paco holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, and a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico with Honors. He is a published author on ERP and SaaS-driven operating models and is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, delivering outcomes at pace, and building strong, trusted partnerships with executive teams.
