Junji advises clients across sectors such as retail, consumer products and industrial goods. He holds deep expertise in topics including corporate strategy, organizational transformation, human resource strategy, cost transformation, M&A and PMI.
Junji is also a co-author of the Japanese translation of Time, Talent, Energy: Overcome Organizational Drag and Unleash Your Team's Productive Power.
Prior to joining Bain, Junji worked for Fujifilm Corporation, UNIQLO CO., LTD and another global consulting firm.
Junji earned his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Keio University.
