Katherine Kajzer-Hughes is a member of our Aerospace & Defence practice. She leads Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) work for industrial companies in the UK and is also a member of Bain’s Advanced Manufacturing and Services practice and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility practice.
She has worked with a range of Industrials and Services companies across the UK, Europe, and the US. Her work primarily focuses on strategy and transformation. She has worked extensively in both corporate and post-acquisition contexts with a focus on accelerated results delivery.
Beyond her client work, she is actively involved in the people side of our business for the AMS practice and wider office as a manager peer group leader, and lead of the women's sponsorship programme.
Katherine has degrees from Cambridge University (BA) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).
In her personal time, Katherine spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors with her three young children.
