Kim Burroughs is a partner in Bain & Company's Chicago office, where she specializes in our Retail, Customer Strategy & Marketing and Performance Improvement practices. She has more than a decade of consulting experience with Bain.
Within the retail sector, Kim works with clients across the grocery, mass, club and specialty retail sub-sectors. She has deep expertise in a range of topics, including full potential transformation, portfolio strategy, customer-led growth, customer segmentation and experience, organization design and operating model, merchandising, omnichannel strategy, operations and corporate M&A.
In addition to her tenure in Chicago, Kim has spent time in Bain's Sydney office. She is also active in the firm's undergraduate and MBA recruiting efforts, global and local training programs, as well as in local office groups, such as Women at Bain and Asians at Bain.
She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
