Dondi is a member of our Enterprise Technology practice, with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing and Services. He is a global technology leader for our Advanced Digital Technologies unit. This unit deals with the entire product lifecycle from development, production, and distribution to (product) services and ensures the best possible technology support for industrial companies.

Dondi advises clients in two capacities: as a thought leader in technology architecture, with deep IT expertise complimented with over a decade of OT experience, and as an experienced leader in software engineering, leading and structuring engineering organizations to best serve business.

Prior to joining Bain, Dondi was the Head of Technology for Industrial platforms at another global consulting firm. Before his consulting career, he held senior technology architecture positions at GE Digital, Apple and IBM.

Dondi holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Engineering from Duke University and a B.S. in Engineering from University of the Philippines.
