Marcello Tripodo is a partner in Bain & Company's Milan office. He is member of Bain's European Consumer Products practice.
He has more than 15 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues. He has served clients across several markets in WER, CEE, CIS, North Africa and the Middle East.
Marcello advises clients in a number of industries with a focus on consumer goods. He specializes in business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organization, consumer marketing, trade channel strategy, trade spending optimization, salesforce improvement, process redesign and change management.
He is also a leading contributor to the development of Bain's capabilities in sales effectiveness, and in this effort he helped to build Bain's perspective on perfecting sales execution.
In addition to consumer products, Marcello has experience in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sectors on issues related to growth strategies and performance improvement.
Prior to joining Bain in 2000, he worked for Procter & Gamble in both marketing and sales and for Anheuser-Busch in marketing.
Marcello holds a degree in law as well as an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
