Matt is a member of our Private Equity practice.
He has extensive due diligence experience across a wide range of industries, with a primary focus on the retail, consumer, and industrial sectors. In addition to his work with financial sponsors, Matt also advises corporate clients on strategy, value creation, and customer-related topics.
Matt holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
