With experience across multiple industrial sectors, Mattia's specialty lies in aerospace & defense, where he has worked with top-tier contractors and players. His core capabilities include strategy and business development, operating model redesign, industrial turnaround, engineering excellence and program management.
Prior to joining Bain, Mattia worked as a Program Manager in the automotive industry.
He holds a bachelor’s degree and master's degree, with honors, in mechanical engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.
In his personal time, Mattia is a mountain trekking enthusiast and an avid book reader.
