Morten Asplin Gauslaa

Morten Asplin Gauslaa is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources, specializing in Energy Transition topics.

He has nearly 10 years of experience working with leading Nordic and European energy companies across energy markets, renewable energy, oil and gas, and energy-intensive industries. His work focuses on strategy, operating model, investment support, and large capital projects, working with utilities, energy majors, investors, and equipment suppliers to the energy industry.

Outside of his client work, he is a leader in Bain Nordics recruiting efforts and serves as a Senior Manager and Associate Partner peer group leader. Additionally, he is a fellow at the World Economic Forum.

Morten graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics and spent part of his academic career at HEC Paris (France) and HEC Montreal (Canada).
