Peter’s primary focus is on helping insurers and banks harness new and emerging digital capabilities across data, analytics, automation, and customer platforms to deliver step-change value for their stakeholders. He is a thought leader on digital strategy and product management, tech-enabled new business incubation and value creation, omnichannel and customer journey optimization, as well as end-to-end efficiency and productivity transformations.
Peter has more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of financial services and digital. He previously worked at MetLife, where he led the company's global digital strategy and transformation team.
Peter started his career at another global management consulting firm, where he was a principal in the financial services practice.
He has a Bachelor’s in Economics and Chinese History from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
