Pierre Cabanne

Pierre Cabanne leads our Bain Academy team in the Middle East. Pierre works with clients on L&D and capability-building topics, creating end-to-end immersive learning experiences and programs, both designing and delivering engaging and impactful sessions for leadership teams across the world.

Pierre has advised and trained a diverse array of clients on various topics including strategy design & execution, strategic thinking, complex problem solving, transformation & change, effective decision making, agile innovation, design thinking, leadership development, team collaboration, high impact communication.

Pierre is a Registered Scrum Master™ and Registered Product Owner™ credentialed by Scrum Inc; Certified SAFe 5 Agilist and Certified MBTI Instructor.

Additionally Pierre has 10+ years of strategy consulting experience advising senior executives in private equity, telecommunications & media, and energy & natural resources, with a strong focus on strategy, M&A, and due diligences across Europe and the Middle East.

Apart from his client work, Pierre is deeply involved with our associate consultant recruiting efforts. He is also a member of the Bain Band.

Pierre holds an M.S. in multidisciplinary engineering from École des Mines de Paris.

Outside of work Pierre is an extreme sports enthusiast and enjoys skydiving, scuba diving, kitesurfing and freeride skiing. In his spare time he enjoys travelling with his wife and two daughters.
