Prashanth Parthasarathy

Prashanth is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice and a key technology leader of our Advanced Digital Technologies unit in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This unit deals with the entire product life-cycle from development to production and distribution to (product) services, ensuring the best technology support for industrial companies.

His 25+ years of experience in the technology space includes both leadership and hands-on roles across various topics such as digital manufacturing and supply chain architecture, enterprise data analytics strategy and governance. He also brings deep expertise in shaping large digital & data transformations.

Prashanth has been instrumental in supporting organizations in their IT-OT, IOT, data, analytics, digital platform strategies focusing on approaches that brings faster time to value whilst systematically building longer term differentiating digital capabilities. He loves rolling up his sleeves for deep technical discussions and architecture white-boarding sessions while also distilling complex technology topics relevant for board level consumption and strategic alignment.

Prior to joining Bain, Prashanth worked at a global strategy consultancy for over a decade, where, as a Senior Expert & Associate Partner, co-led the global data engineering guild. He holds a master's degree in business administration with a focus on IT and an engineering degree in industrial production.
