Rodrigo Mayo is a partner in Bain & Company's Dallas office. He leads Bain’s regional Retail practice and is also an expert in the firm's Consumer Products and Strategy practices. He is actively engaged with the firm's Founder's Mentality initiative.
He has nearly 15 years of management consulting experience throughout the United States and Latin America, having worked in Bain's Dallas and Mexico City offices.
Rodrigo holds deep expertise in business, customer and go-to-market strategy, private equity due diligence, cost reduction and organizational design. He is an advisor to many of his clients on digital topics, having spent a year as a cofounder of www.linio.com.mx.
In addition to his client work, Rodrigo leads Bain Mexico City's Manager Program.
Outside of Bain, he formerly served as a summer intern with Endeavor in South Africa and currently supports several Endeavor Entrepreneurs as a mentor and board member.
He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with second-year honors. He also holds an accounting and finance degree from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, from which he graduated with honors.
