Romy Schneider

Romy Schneider is a member of our Risk, Finance & Compliance practice.

She helps banks navigate tightening regulation, evolving credit risk frameworks, the transformation of lending businesses and the integration of sustainability into risk management. Her work spans risk strategy and management, process optimization and regulatory advisory across the full European framework landscape.

Romy draws on more than 15 years of combined consulting and industry experience, including a senior role as a bank’s credit risk officer, where she was also responsible for regulatory compliance within the credit risk department.

Outside of work, Romy is the proud mother of two daughters and a passionate catamaran sailor.
