She has 10 years of consulting experience, working with senior executives on their key strategic, operational and organizational issues.
Sophie has worked with grocery, department store and category specialist retailers, as well as logistics and payments companies. Her experience covers a broad range of issues including corporate and business unit strategy, cost reduction, operational improvement, operating model design and organization effectiveness. She has deep expertise in digital and omni-channel retailing.
In addition to her work with clients, Sophie is heavily involved in Bain's gender parity initiatives, both internally and externally.
Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Sophie completed a DPhil in Molecular Physics at the University of Oxford.
