Tom Kidd

Tom Kidd is a member of our Private Equity and Real Estate practices.

As an active member of our Private Equity Group, Tom advises investors and their portfolio companies on strategy, commercial due diligence, and portfolio company value creation.

Tom also works closely with real estate investment managers and developers, supporting them on a range of topics from firm-level strategy to asset-level performance improvement.

He brings deep experience in corporate M&A, including inorganic growth strategy, commercial diligence, joint venture design, and merger integration.

Tom holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a B.A. in history from Yale University.
