Vanessa is a member of our Financial Investors practice within Private Equity, where she partners with clients on a wide range of investment-related topics.
Since joining Bain in 2018, she has worked closely with regional and global financial investors, advising on opportunities in financial services—particularly insurance and private wealth—as well as healthcare and life sciences. She has worked across our offices in Australia, Southeast Asia, and India.
Prior to Bain, she was part of the mergers and acquisitions team at a regional telecommunications company, where she focused on the strategic carve-out of its tower business. Vanessa holds an MBA with distinction from UNSW in Australia and began her career as a trained engineer.
Outside of work, she is refining her gentle parenting approach with her two young children and pursuing a self-directed minor in interior design through ambitious weekend projects.
