Bahige El-Rayes is a member of our Consumer Products practice and co-leads our procurement solution across EMEA, advising clients on supply chain, procurement, and large-scale transformation strategies.
Bahige has deep experience working across a range of sectors in the consumer space, with a focus on integrating supply chain topics (plan, procure, make, deliver); driving value chain reconfiguration, and E2E transformations that focus on the trade-offs between cost, sustainability, and innovation. His most recent clients span food, beverage, personal care, and food retail.
Bahige is also a frequent speaker on the future of value chains, alternative proteins, sustainability, and the future of foods.
He previously served as a partner for another top consulting firm, where he worked across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
Apart from work, Bahige enjoys arts in all forms, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
