I have been in the domain of digital marketing through my career and have been fortunate to have worked on all sides of the table - starting with a creative agency, followed by a stint in a media agency, as a marketer with a leading OTT player, and as an ad solutions expert in Meta. I was consciously going deeper in my domain to establish expertise, but the time felt right to move to a company like Bain where I'd get the opportunity to work on large and important problem statements to broaden my horizon.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Learning new things within my domain of digital marketing is something that has always energized me. I aspired to work in a company where I would be surrounded by super-smart people so that I can be on a continuous learning journey. After speaking to the amazing folks who interviewed me, I was blown away with the nature of the cutting-edge work they were doing as well as their sharp and articulate point-of-view. I knew then that Bain was the right company for me.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
We have always heard the phrase, “bring your authentic self to work.” I am a true believer of that statement and I've seen Bain have an inclusive culture where every person can be themselves and is entitled to their own version of “success,” as it can mean different things to different people. I'm trying to build my Own Bain by articulating what “success” means to me and adding value to our clients and Bain by playing to my strengths.
