Devdatta Patankar

Devdatta Patankar is a member of our Retail practice.

He specializes in e-commerce and quick commerce, advising horizontal marketplaces and vertical specialists in grocery, fashion, travel, and health.

He has led high-impact programs across strategy, margin improvement, supply chain and AI-enabled category operations. Devdatta supports clients on category, customer, and seller growth strategy and execution, competitive response, new business builds, advanced retail buying, and customer-led category management.

Devdatta has over a decade of experience spanning management consulting and consumer products. Before joining us, he was a supply chain manager at ITC Limited. He earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he was an Aditya Birla Scholar, and a bachelor of technology degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
