Elena Costagliola

Elena Costagliola is a member of Bain's Consumer Products practice. She has 8+ years of consulting experience across Europe, Americas and Asia, working with international clients to deliver enduring results.

Elena focuses primarily on corporate and business unit strategy with experience across the full value chain, including brand growth, M&A, post merger integration, value creation plan, complex transformations and performance improvements. She has experience across several consumer products categories, specializing in food and beverage.

She also spent 2 years in Bain South America, working with leading consumers goods companies.

Beyond her client work, Elena is an active member of the local Womxn At Bain network, fostering women population sentiment across Bain. She is in the Signal advisory board, counseling the Bain product development team to enable M&A practice growth and drive full potential impact. Elena is also passionate about mentoring the future Bain generation. She is very active in recruiting and international trainings, having acted as program manager for several sessions with top performing NPS.

She holds a M.Sc. in industrial engineering from the University of Naples Federico II.
