Thomas holds seasoned expertise in delivering data and analytics strategies that work for leading companies. Additionally, he is deeply practiced in creating market-leading personalization capabilities for his clients.
His advising spans industries, with a focus on Retail and Consumer Products.
Prior to joining us, he was a senior engagement manager at another top firm, where he led a series of high-profile client transformations. Before that, he was the personalization director for Dunnhumby, the world’s leading customer data science company.
Beyond his client work, Thomas assists with our firm’s ecosystem partnerships and is developing Bain IP around his specialist areas.
Thomas earned an M.S. in Business, as well as a B.S. in International Management and American Business Studies, from Alliance Manchester Business School.
