        In 2004, the firm established its presence in the Indian market by opening the Bain Capability Center (BCC) in New Delhi. The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN is an integral and largest unit of (ECD) Expert Client Delivery. ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.


        Who you will work with

        The BCN Customer CoE aims to provide expertise, speed, and a competitive edge to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Branding, Marketing, and Customer Experience work. We do this by co-developing and delivering client pitch decks, consulting products, and deliver on Go-to-Market solutions. Within the CoE, we build products and deliver solutions that help clients uncover and capture their full potential across the entire sales value chain and customer journey, spanning problem identification, solution design, implementation, and capability building.

        What you’ll do 

        1. Develop high-impact sales collateral (proposals, discussion decks, RFP/RFI responses) for priority pursuits across regions, ensuring alignment with Bain’s value proposition and client context
        2. Lead high-level discussions with senior stakeholders, bringing structured problem solving, clear point-of-view, and compelling storytelling to ambiguous or open-ended asks
        3. Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely, high-quality, zero-defect delivery across all proposal and sales-support outputs
        4. Show comfort in driving open-ended client requests, creating point-of-views, and delivering output aligned with client objectives
        5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for proposal development, sales collateral, and commercial acceleration; set quality standards, workflows, and best practices
        6. Allocate work, manage bandwidth, address roadblocks proactively, and ensure a consistent culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
        7. Co-lead creation of innovative perspectives, reusable assets, and commercial products that elevate Bain’s go-to-market strategy and support practice-wide growth
        8. Partner with cross-functional teams to build and enhance Bain’s differentiated offerings, methodologies, and IP through new tools, automation, and insight-rich thinking
        9. Use technology, automation tools, and AI platforms to optimize proposal development, content reuse, and client communication workflows
        10. Serve as a strategic partner to BCN Managers, Customer Practice leaders, and regional commercial teams to shape pursuit strategies and deploy Bain’s offerings internally and externally
        11. Assist Customer Practice in operational tasks including leadership updates, business reviews, and maintaining the internal knowledge database


        About you

        1. Undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics) with 5-8 years of experience, or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 3-6 years of experience 
        2. Proven ability to build sales collateral (proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, demos) on topics like go-to-market, commercial excellence, branding, marketing, customer experience, and strategy for B2B/B2C clients
        3. Experience within a Professional Services firm (e.g., Big 4, MBB, or tech consulting) is a strong advantage
        4. Proficiency in advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel is must. Executional understanding of analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc., is a strong advantage
        5. Experience in digital/web content creation (e.g., EPiServer), Demo/video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe) or Coding, data management and web-based tool development (e.g., Python, HTML, Java, etc.,) would be preferred
        6. Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
        7. Self-motivated and have experience working in a team environment with ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines. Having an experience of leading a team is a strong advantage
        8. Excellent work management, time management and problem-solving skills
