Adam Frey is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice.
He has more than 15 years of consulting experience working across the globe. He has worked with clients on every continent except Antarctica, though he hopes to check that off one day.
Adam primarily serves our Oil and Gas clients. He is an operations expert with an engineering background adept at tackling complex issues, managing complicated programs, and developing emphatic strategies that build consensus and achieve aggressive business results. He has led engagements addressing performance improvement, growth strategy development, large-scale transformation, and operational due diligence.
In addition to his client work, Adam leads our Affinity Allyship group at Bain Texas and our local recruiting efforts at Rice University.
He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate engineering degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
