Askin Morrison

Askin Morrison is the head of our Australian Organisation practice and a leader in our global Performance Improvement practice. Over his more than 20 years with the firm, he has worked in our Melbourne, Sydney, Seoul, and San Francisco offices.

Askin works with local and global clients advising on topics relating to strategy, business performance improvement, M&A, organisation design and effectiveness, as well as business transformation. He has worked extensively with clients in a range of industries, especially Energy and Natural Resources, Chemicals, Engineering and Construction, Building Products, Financial Services, and Private Equity.

He has also led pro bono efforts for several not-for-profit organisations.

Askin holds an MBA (Melbourne Business School) and a B.Sc. (Monash).
