Ben Grant

Ben Grant is a member of Bain's Advanced Manufacturing and Services and Performance Improvement practices.

Ben has worked with many leading manufacturing companies, with a particular focus in aerospace and defense in the United States. His work is primarily focused on performance improvement and full potential transformations, with particular emphasis on technical functions (design, industrial, and manufacturing engineering, R&D, operations).

Beyond his client work, Ben leads associate consultant recruiting for Seattle. He was previously the program manager for both associate consultants and consultants in the Seattle office.

Ben has been with Bain for over a decade and has worked in the Boston, Chicago, and Seattle offices. He was a founding member of the Seattle office when it opened in 2018.

He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar with High Distinction, and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Williams College.

In his personal time, Ben enjoys skiing, triathlons, getting outside, and cooking for his family. He and his wife are proud parents of two small children.
