How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

The people at Bain are second to none. From my first conversation I realized that my teammates were not only incredibly intelligent and motivated, but also individuals who were easy to get along with and genuinely kind. There are so many opportunities for professional development, both formally and informally. I walk away from each case knowing that I have real skills that I can take to my future projects and endeavors.

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

I certainly feel that the work that I do at Bain has an impact. Each member of a team is working through an important piece of a larger puzzle for our clients. The cases I have been on have had real impact and implications on our clients success. New opportunities are always popping up. Recently, I was fortunate to help prepare a workshop for the board of directors of a large food bank that provides millions of meals each year. It was very exciting to support the food bank in developing its strategy to improve upon the already great work that they are doing.
