Eric joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1993.
While at Bain, Eric has led client engagements in the consumer and building products, automotive, chemicals, industrial equipment and materials and defense industries. He has experience in corporate and business unit strategy, operations management, cost reduction, brand strategy, supply chain management, channel management, and mergers and acquisitions. Eric has also led significant organizational restructurings and change management programs.
Prior to Bain & Company, Eric worked in business planning for Ford Motor Company and at Dravo Engineering Company.
Eric earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and received a bachelor of science in chemical engineering, with distinction, from the University of Pittsburgh.
