Flavio Monteleone co-leads our procurement solution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), helping clients transform cost structures and supply strategies.
Flavio brings deep procurement expertise to his role, focusing on sustained cost transformation, procurement transformation, should costing, and design‑to‑cost. He works with clients to deliver rapid results assessments and value creation plans, helping organizations unlock strategic value through data‑driven procurement and category strategies across EMEA. His case work spans multiple industries, including advanced manufacturing, energy and natural resources, healthcare and life sciences, and consumer products, where he supports large‑scale sourcing and performance improvement initiatives.
Before joining Bain, Flavio advised clients on procurement optimization and operational improvement at top management consulting firms and held senior line management roles in procurement. He holds a business management degree and a Ph.D. in business economics from the University of Rome III, Italy.
