Biografie Ghizlene
Expertise
Ghizlene Azira is an active member of our global Sustainability & Responsibility practice in Financial Services, with a profound interest in the climate, sustainability and how financial institutions can contribute to the global economy's resilience and transformation.
Ghizlene serves clients across EMEA and the globe, focusing on Sustainability & Climate Change strategy, implementation of transformation programs, working on Climate Risk, Decarbonization and business strategy. Furthermore, she advises Italian and international players and supports them across wide range of topics from industrial plans, business planning, organizational transformation and change management.
She is an active member of WAB, working on fostering and strengthening female leadership across the organization and beyond.
Before joining Bain, Ghizlene worked at BlackRock focusing on climate & sustainability and risk management in the financial services space.
Ghizlene holds a master's degree in international economics and a bachelor's degree in diplomacy & foreign affair both from the University of Trieste.
Beyond Bain she has a family, she loves sports, she's an avid reader and a bad cook.
