Joseph Bartolotta

Joe Bartolotta is a member of the Bain Academy^SM team and an expert in delivering client capability building programs. He has experience developing high-engagement learning experiences in both general management skills and content-specific topics, such as Agile, Lean, and DEI. He also advises on learning strategy and L&D programs. 

Previously, Joe spent many years in general consulting practice advising clients on operating model design, talent strategies, culture, DEI, and innovation approaches.

He has deep expertise in facilitating sessions to support leadership teams in exploring challenging topics, finding alignment and developing go-forward plans. He is also a certified Scrum Master.

Joe graduated from New York University with a BA in political science and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to consulting, Joe taught English in public schools as a Teach For America Corps member.
