Prakriti Batra

Prakriti Batra is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

With more than a decade in consulting, she has partnered with senior leaders to design and deliver large-scale cost transformations that reset how organizations operate. She specializes in operating model and zero-based process redesign, end-to-end procurement transformation, and broader cost-out programs. Prakriti works extensively with clients in consumer products, fintech, and advanced manufacturing and services, with a particular focus on helping CFOs, COOs, and CPOs unlock sustained savings while building the capabilities and operating discipline needed to sustain those savings.

She has supported clients globally across India, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Prakriti is passionate about transformations that go beyond the spreadsheet by changing the way work gets done, embedding new ways of working across functions, and create lasting partnerships between corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement etc.) and the business.

Beyond client work, Prakriti helps lead the Women at Bain agenda in the Australia practice. She earned an MBA from London Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Outside of work, Prakriti enjoys traveling and practices yoga regularly.
