Vincent Greco

Vincent is the Global leader of our Talent solution practice for our People and Organization practice. With over 15 years of expertise in tech-driven talent strategy and data science, he specializes in building scalable analytics teams, designing AI-powered tools, and delivering transformative workforce solutions that drive business impact.

Within his role, Vincent leads efforts to assess the workforce impact of generative AI, helping clients optimize their technology stack and data architecture. He also develops AI-driven data products and tools that enable companies to adopt skills-based approaches to enhance productivity and performance. His work empowers organizations to harness the potential of technology and analytics to navigate complex challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Previously, Vincent held leadership roles at Shopify and HubSpot, where he built and scaled people analytics and operations teams and drove company-wide initiatives related to compensation systems, employee listening, performance management, and hybrid work.

Vincent is an expert in Applied Econometrics and Labor Economics and holds a PhD from Rutgers University and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
