Since joining Bain in 2005, Hyoju has served clients across various industries, including consumer products, industrial goods, construction and financial services. Her extensive experience spans corporate vision, growth strategy, sales and marketing strategy, procurement, performance improvement, organization, new business and BPR, as well as commercial due diligence and blueprinting for local and global private equity firms.

She holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Seoul National University.
