How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I knew Bain was right for me when I saw the support, mentorship, and friendship across so many of my teams, both in my internship and when I started full-time. It is truly unbeatable and something you don't see in every job. Especially coming straight out of school into your first job, having such a tight support network makes a significant difference in your experience.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
I feel that the type of work you get to do at Bain and the amount of ownership and trust you get so early on in your career is both daunting but empowering. It's hard to imagine creating board-level decks straight out of school, but with the tools and support you have, you get to work on high-impact work at Bain regularly.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
I worked on an internal Bain IP case where we were developing an AI training for partners. This work was super fascinating because we all got to learn so much about AI and how companies are starting to think about their own transformations, while sharing our learnings with the broader partner team!
