Johan Lemchen is a member of our Financial Services practice.
He recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with Bain, which collectively formed the new Nordics practice, in early 2020.
Johan specializes in the Banking, life insurance and broader Insurance sectors, with most key projects spanning strategy, organization and transformation. His recent client engagements have included:
- Developing a future back strategy for a leading insurance company by envisioning overall future consumer experience based on unserved customer needs and threading a set of disparate response options into a coherent strategy;
- Designing and implementing another financial group’s cost-reduction program, including a reorganization to accelerate its Agile transition; and
- Developing a new go-to-market model for the large corporate division of a bank.
His broader work portfolio includes various operating model, commercial excellence, front-end optimization and M&A efforts.
Prior to joining Qvartz, Johan worked in increasingly senior roles for several other top local and global firms.
He holds an B.Sc. in Financial Economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics.
