Michelle Shih is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
She has developed and served many of our enduring client relationships in Greater China and Asia Pacific across leading industrial, retail and telecom companies. Her work focuses on full potential transformation, efficiency optimization, and people and organization topics.
In addition to her client work, Michelle is a leader in our Women at Bain efforts and oversees local recruiting for our Hong Kong and Taiwan teams.
She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University.
