Praveen Bhardwaj

Praveen Bhardwaj is a member of our Performance Improvement practice, with a focus on large-scale transformation programs across finance, digital, and shared services domains.

With over 20 years of global experience, Praveen brings deep expertise in corporate finance, digital transformation, operational finance leadership, business process optimization, and organizational change. He has consistently helped organizations unlock growth, improve performance, and build scalable finance and service delivery models.

Before joining Bain, Praveen was the Global Finance Transformation Leader at Mars Inc., where he drove enterprise-wide initiatives including the consolidation of operational finance across regions, the establishment of global business services, organizational redesign, and cost optimization efforts. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of finance and controllership leadership roles at General Electric, where he led the formation of global centers of excellence and delivered end-to-end transformation across multiple GE businesses.

Praveen holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with highest academic distinction. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors.
