Raffaele advises clients across a wide range of geographies. He specializes in strategic planning, R&D strategy, organization & operating model, go-to-market strategy, business development and M&A.
In recent years, Raffaele developed deep expertise across the digital sphere, specializing in digital strategy, marketing and transformation, leveraging advanced analytics and technology capabilities to fuel growth for our healthcare clients.
Raffaele earned a degree in biomedical engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a master's in international health management from Imperial College Business School in London.
