BOSTON—May 9, 2023— Bain & Company is one of 50 employers that has been honored with the Business Group on Health’s “Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Wellbeing” award. As the only premium three management consultancy recognized, Bain was lauded for its outstanding commitment to employee wellbeing through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives.
The awards, now in their 18th year, were announced in Washington, D.C. at the Business Group’s 2023 Annual Conference, organized around the theme “Winning Strategies: Impactful, Innovative, Inclusive.”
The comprehensive award criteria assess applicants on their approach related to leadership, strategy, and culture; holistic wellbeing, including mental health, financial security, physical health, social connectedness, and job satisfaction; engagement and the employee experience; health equity; and metrics and evaluation.
The firm received additional honors for excellence in Global Health & Wellbeing, which recognizes companies for demonstrating a commitment to equity with a set of standard benefits offered to their global workforces, including mental, physical, and financial health offerings, as well as leave benefits.
